Bookings and Payments

Bay rentals, lessons, memberships and events are subject to availability and the prices shown at checkout. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules are shown at the time of booking.

Facility Use

Guests must follow staff instructions and use equipment responsibly. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. We may refuse service to anyone who puts staff, guests or equipment at risk.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  1. Program: XONE Golf sends text messages to customers who opt in, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, account and service updates, customer support replies and, if separately agreed to, promotional offers.
  2. Opting in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  3. Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text "START" or sign up again.

  5. Frequency: Message frequency varies.
